1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QUINTA (the "App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-generated book quotes, summaries, and literary analysis based on user inputs. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers ("The Treasury").

3. Subscriptions and Billing

A. Membership Tiers

• Free (The Initiate): Limited access to quotes and features.
• Paid (Premium, Ultimate, Ultimate Plus): Unlocks additional content, AI models, and unlimited storage.

B. Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment Method: Payments are charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or credit card (via Stripe for web) at confirmation of purchase.

C. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your billing period.
• Refunds (iOS): Apple manages all refunds for iOS purchases. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support.
• Refunds (Android/Web): Refunds are granted at our sole discretion within 7 days of the initial purchase. Contact support@quintalibrary.com.

4. Affiliate Disclosure (Amazon)

QUINTA is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

When you click the "Acquire" (Cart) icon to view a book on Amazon, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

5. AI Disclaimer

The content provided by the App (quotes, summaries, analysis) is generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or incorrect information. You acknowledge that:

• The content is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of AI-generated summaries.
• You should verify critical information from the original source text.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The App's design, code, logo, and "QUINTA" aesthetic are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
• Your IP: You retain ownership of any personal notes or reflections ("Scriptorium Data") you create within the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or hateful.
• Attempt to bypass payment or security features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUINTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Apple Standard EULA
