How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QUINTA → Cancel

Android: Open Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → QUINTA → Cancel

Web: Log in to quintalibrary.com/app → Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

How do I delete my account?

Open QUINTA → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including saved quotes, reflections, and preferences.

What are AI Credits?

AI Credits are used for The Codex feature, which generates AI-powered analysis of quotes. Each analysis costs 1 credit. Premium subscribers receive monthly credits, or you can purchase additional credits.

Are my reflections private?

Yes! Your reflections in The Scriptorium are encrypted and completely private. Only you can access them. We never read or share your personal writings.

Can I use QUINTA offline?

You can view previously loaded quotes and your saved content offline. However, generating new quotes and AI analysis requires an internet connection.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same account on your new device. Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be automatically restored.
